Is a 10 lbs weight loss noticeable on a skinny person?
I am 5'5 and i weighed 49kg which is 108 lbs and this week ive lost weight. if i went back to school on monday weighing 44 kg would it be really noticeable, slightly or not at all? i have a pear shape body.
Can a 7 lbs weight loss give you drastic changes in glucose readings?
I have recently lost between 5 7 pounds and since then my blood sugar readings have been really low and before I lost the weight I could tell when it was to high or low by the symptoms. Now I almost never can tell. This has been happening over the last week and I've had several readings in the 52 63 range. The first time it was late at night and I was just dizzy and stumbling around and today my vision was blurry and I was dizzy and sweating a lot. But the 6 or 7 low reading in between I couldn't tell should I be worried.What I meant by the 6 or 7 low readings was that 7 is how many low readings.The first and last ones are the only ones that I showed the signs of low blood sugar.
Trying to lose 10-15 lbs weight loss help?
i'm 5'3" and i weight 140 lbs, i'd like to be at around 130 125 lbs. i have been doing exercises and doing about 40 mins cardio. i have been feeling stuck though. any help or tips?i eat healthy, no junk food, no snacks, no candies or soda or fried stuff.
50 lbs weight loss->excess skin on stomach, does it go away over time?
I lost about 50 pounds of fat in the past 2 years, I'm down to about 1 or 2 % body fat. I know you can't lose fat cells, they just shrink. I have a lot of excess skin around my stomach area from when I was heavier that doesn't seem to get tighter even though my abs are very muscular. Is it going to tighten up over time longer than a few years ? I'm 20, if it matters.

Overeating after 100 lbs weight loss, gained 10 lbs?
health is very important to me, there are health related issues in my family because of obesity and i want to avoid them. i dont want to be like my mom who is stuck with high blood pressure diabetes cholesterol. thankfully shes starting to get healthier. but i want to do my best and be healthy. i even want to be a dietitian. i lost weight in a healthy weight and i got to 130 lbs 5'5" i lost it by counting calories i would stay around 1400 1600 depending on my weight. i was doing great.... for a year and a half. i would only eat some unhealthy things, if i knew the calories, i would eat diet ice cream. for so long my diet was so controlled. that when i let myself go a little on a trip a 6 months ago. i went NUTS, i ate until i couldnt breathe. ever since then i give in to my cravings and i eat until im nauseous. ive gone from one extreme to the next. i appreciate calorie counting as it got me to a good weight, and i feel good about my appearance. but im sabotaging myself ive gained 10 lbs. ive had people tell me to just accept myself, they seem so positive about self acceptance and self love. but i cant see how it means that i love myself, if i just forget about my health and stuff myself until im obese again. no offense to anyone, but to me personally, i could never feel beautiful when there is fat spilling out of my clothes, its just not beautiful or sexy to me.but lately ive been feeling lost, i feel depressed, i dont want to exercise, i dont want to eat healthy. ive just been eating and eating. i feel hungry all the time. its such a desperate scary feeling. im gaining weight, and i hate it. i dont know how to find balance, where i can eat healthy and still sometimes eat some things that are unhealthy. but whenever i let go of calorie counting, i end up overeating, and eating a bunch of unhealthy things. i feel so confused and lost. im not sure how to find balance in my life. and how to get back the love i had for exercise, and a healthy life. how you guys find success in keeping the weight off?
13 5'6 155 lbs. weight help?
i run a mile on fridays. thats it i have no time for more exercise. what should i eat . i buy lunch at school and its usually stuff like macaroni , spaghetti , burgers, and tater tots . most of the food is NASTY lol so helpp?i just dont wanna look fat O i think 20 pounds is good enough. can that be achieved in 3 or 4 months? i wanna have a good weight by 8th grade.gowsh> ,< oh and what makes your thighs fat? i gotz big legzz.i dont really care about my over wieghtness but yeah.
