I drive a semi and want to lose weight how do i do it?
I drive a semi and am in the truck all day everyday. I can't really exerise due to the fact I drive 11 hours everyday. I park in the back of the truckstops so that I have to walk a little bit farther and I try not to eat at all the fast food place they have. I quit drinking soda and that has helped I want to lose about 50 pounds. Any ideas?

I'm trying to lose weight how many calories should i really be eating?
So i want to lose 40 pounds. i'm 16 5'3 153 pounds. i want to lose the first 30 by my birthday may 16th. I 've been dieting since Monday and walking more then usual. i eat 800 1100 calories a day. i've lost 3pounds so far. Is this right? should i be eating more or less? my mom says that's not enough. I actually know alot more about nutrition then most people. and i know i should be exercising but i hate it so much i'd just rather eat less. and i know if i don't eat enough calories then i won't lose as much weight but i also know if i don't start seeing results immediately i will give up. So if you take into account that i don't get much exercise how many calories should i be eating to lose 2 3 pounds a week ?

I need to lose weight. How do I get this right?
Hi. I'm 18 years old, 260lbs, 6'01" . Male. And lately, I've been wanting to really shed these pounds, but I can never do I right. I'll be pumped and excited for a week or two, then I drop back off and get lazy. I tried stating the C25k program, but my flat feet made even 25minutes of jogging walking absolute hell. And it broke me. So now, here I am again. Not doing anything. I want to do this, I WANT to be healthy. Not just for appearance, but to have a better life as well. I need this, I need help.
1561 calories a day with exercise but not losing weight? How long tonged results?
Last year I stupidly starved myself after having my son and survived on literally 500calories a day. I lost weight so fast, however felt rubbish and as soon as I ate properly well it was junk actually again the weight piled on and I'm heavier than ever at 166lbs at 5'6" . Now I want to eat properly and healthy and exercise mainly to feel good rather than be thin. I'm exercising by walking at least 4 miles a day, zumba 1hr twice a week, aerobic workouts high impact 30 mins 3 times a week and 1 hours swimming twice a week. I'm eating my bmr allowance which is 1561 and am having porridge with blueberries made with water for breakfast, bananas for snacks, lunches are usually an omelette and dinner is lean meat with about 5 6 portions of veg. I'm not depriving myself of cakes and chocolate though haven't had any as just haven't craved them yet. For the past 5 6 years my diet has consisted of mostly chocolate and my calories a day was about 1600 made from chocolate. Then i cut down to 1200 calories but realise that was too little and probably sent mu body into survival mode. Now i'm eating better My skin is now a lot clearer and I have more energy. I've been doing this for about 3 4 weeks now and I feel healthier however got deflated when I've stepped on scales and lost NOTHING I've actually gained a couple of pounds I think I just need some words of encouragement and realise it takes time, but how long until I see results in weight ? Also if there are any experts reading this, can you please let me know what I'm doing wrong? Thanks
I need to lose weight. How Can I make that happen.?
Im 13 almost 14 years old. I weigh at least 195 im to scared to step on a scale My doctor says I should weigh 140 for my height 5'4.5 and age. I WANT to lose weight. But Im not sure How. Im to embarresed to go outside and ride my bike plus its to cold I dont have any workout equipment, othe than 1 5 pound weight thingy. I cant Go anywhere to work out, and I dont want to starve. I cant afford any weight loss pills or machines... Any help? I want to get down to 165 or 155 by begining of my 9th grade year first year of high school . I think I need something to help keep me motaviated, but I dont know what. also im a emotinal eater, i eat when im bored happy sad angry, and sometimes i just get to thinking about the foood in the kitchen and im like FOOOD I NEED IT when im not hungry...I need help to lose the weight, please I CANT AFFORD TO GO TO THE GYM THERE IS NO SWIMMING POOL THAT I CAN GET TO Im stuck in the house
