Help losing weight!!! PLZ!!!!?
Im 69 kilo wich is 152 pounds, i need help losing 10 kilo in a month I go to the gym for an hour n 15 min from 2 45 til 4pm.. i eat half a sandwich for breakfast n half for lunch. I eat small chicken at 5 pm, not fried I started yesterday, so how can i lose 10 kilo?? Im 13 turning 14 in 4 days

Tips on getting fit but not losing weight?
So i really want to get fit and have strong muscles and well, have a healthier lifestyle. But i'm already pretty skinny and i'm finally happy with my weight i always thought i was too skinny before . I really need some tips on getting strong muscles and being fit without losing weight?

What would be most effective for losing weight?
I'm determined to exercise everyday, but on some days I just don't have the time to because I would get home and start homework around 8 30.For those days I decided I'll just do sit ups and push ups.On other weekdays though, should I aim to walk a mile? or 2 miles? or run a mile 2miles? Which will be best? I plan to do more on weekends.I am also a figure skater and a cheerleader. I just want to know what's best to do on a daily basis walking or running?

Why am I not losing weight?
Im 17, 5" 8 and im 126 lbs. I'm on 1000 calories a day and I walk around school and everything plus 30 mins of swimming a day and about 15 20 of dance three times a week..I drink a lot of water. I have been doing this for about a week and a half 1000 calorie thing the first few days I went from 9.3 to 9 stone but over the last few days I have literally stayed the same weight?I'm losing weight for my holiday in a month this isn't like a permanent thing.

Why am i not losing weight?
i gained about 30 lbs and completely stopped working out. even though i love working out. recently i started working out. about 4 weeks ago. but i didnt start my diet which consists of fruits, vegitables, nuts.. and a multivitamin pill about 2 weeks ago. in those two weeks i seem to have lost only 7 pounds. my workouts are daily. very vigerous ive gotten stronger, benching 230 and legs gotten strong as well. not bad for quiting my workouts for over 6 months and eating junk along the way. but it seems like in those 2 weeks of dieting and exercise im not losing belly nor i feel like im losing enough weight. only 7 lbs with good diet and excellent workout.. is this right?

Why am I not losing weight? Helppp?
Okay so I'm 5'1 and 116 pounds.. I know I'm not overweight but I'm a little chubby and I hate my body I'm only fourteen but I've already gone through puberty so I have big boobs and hips. I've been trying to lose weight since November and I used to go for runs but now that it's cold I go to the gym almost everyday & run on the track and treadmills. I only eat boiled broccoli and lean meat everyday and I drink tons of water and milk. I've been trying everything to lose weight for months, and the only thing I've found to work was to just stop eating but I know that's bad for myself and it wouldn't give me the nice body that I want. Does anyone have any advice for me? And i know I'm only fourteen and I shouldnt be worrying about this but I am so yeah. Anything would help It's skim milk by the way .
