Is this "watch your weight week"?
alright so tonight not 1 , but 2 of my lovely gal pals are upset over there weight.one of them is already too skinny and shes trying to lose even more weight and the other is in my eyes, average, but she thinks shes huge.alright, so please read my friend, the one who is average weight or in my eyes anyway was with me today and we were sitting outside of a store when this woman who was easily 220 and very short comes by and after she passes us my friend asks me in a very serious and frightened way, " am i heavier then her or the same?" .i kid you not. the woman was A LOT LARGER than my friend and my friend is asking me if shes the same or heavier.so i tell her shes not and shes says " i hope youre not lying to me" so i know shes in the 150s because she told me about 2 months back and she didnt gain anything since then.shes 21 years old and about 5'4 considering her friend mel is 5'6 and shes a couple inches under.anyway, is she HUGE ? i mean, i look at her and she looks fine, but what would you think? 21 years oldfemale5'4in the 150s. their typo
The scale says I've lost weight, weeks passed, I still look the same, confused??!?
Height 5'4 exact.Starting Weight 121lbsLost 4 or 5 lbsSo I've been on a diet for three weeks this is my third , and I have lost like four or 5 lbs so far. But My stomach, legs, thighs etc., look the same. My original goal was to be 117. But since I haven't seen results, I am going lower. What should I do and why dont I notice any changes or is too soon?
